Unique in design, WIC Roller Mills provide high precision and simple operation. Three kinds of rollers are available: diamond tipped, R4 (4 teeth per inch) or R10 (10 teeth per inch). These rollers can be combined to obtain the desired texture. A system of springs provides proper and constant pressure on the rollers. Up to 2 compartments can be installed on a model with a single set of rollers.
The Mixing Mill has 2 sets of rollers. Like the single set model, a powerful magneat prevents metallic foreigh objects from falling into the receipe. Up to 6 compartments can be installed on a Mixing Mill.
The Mixing Mill usually comes with an electromechanical control panel. This panel provides high precision. It is designed according to the receipes to produce and can process up to 6 ingredients.
Optional accessories are available:
  • rigid discharge auger;
  • flexible loading auger;
  • dust covers for compartments;
  • extension legs to unload in a cart.
