Ideal Machinery is the official distributor of the EVACUAIR underground manure handling system. Wheter it is with cattle, hog or poultry manure, EVACUAIR is designed to meet your needs.

The system consists of 4 main components: the air compressor, the manure tank, the exhaust pipes and the exhaust outlet. This outlet has an anti-return unit on standard models. Models with a guillotine do not need this anti-return unit.
The compressor is the heart of the system. It releases a pressurized air volume into the underground manure tank. Manure is then moved through the pipes to the external storage area.
The manure tank is made of heavy gauge steel and it is specially designed to operate under low pressure. It comes in 3 models (depending on the size of the herd) and has a 10-year warranty.
3 diameters of pipes are available depending on the percentage of bedding in the manure to exhaust.
EVACUAIR is available with a guillotine. This guillotine is located inside the building and shuts the exhaust pipe after each cleaning. It acts as an anti-return device and prevents manure from flowing back to the tank. Moreover, the pipe of the guillotine makes it easier for inspection and maintenance. Due to the anti-return action of the guillotine, a basic cylindrical outlet is recommended.
The exhaust outlet is located at the extreme end of the exhaust pipe. If an anti-return unit is installed, its one-way valve is activated by the arrival of the manure and it closes by gravity. So there is no complicated hydraulic or mechanical system.
All components are treated against corrosion and rust, both inside and out.
