Bale Handling System
  • Available in any length in multiples of 4 ft (1.2 m).
  • Conveyor chain of type #62.
  • The drive sections is 4 ft (1.2 m) long, complete with gear box and 1 HP, 1 1/2 HP or 2 HP motor.
  • Intermediate section are available in 3 lengths: 4 ft (1.2 m), 8 ft (2.4 m) and 12 ft (3.6 m).
  • The 1 ft (30 cm) long end section includes the chain conveyor tightener.
The transmission has a heavy-duty worm gear drive, contained in oil, which prevents overheating and sparks between the pulleys and the belts. Other features include a cast iron sprocket and a shaft mounted on ball bearings.
A 90° bale elevator is available. The motor is fixed directly on the heavy-duty gear box. Gears bathe in oil and the conveyor chain is guided by a nylon slide.
A bale holder is one of many available accessories. This device is recommended to hold bales against the conveyor chain in steeper angles.
A trailer unit is also available for easy move of inclined elevators.
